This initiative supports families in finding their way through local, school, county, and state resources. It aims to identify services that cater to the immediate requirements of the referred family and locate appropriate support options. Available services encompass family advocacy, interpretation assistance, information and referral services, clothing and school supplies, transportation, access to health and food resources, help with developmental screenings, diaper support, housing and shelter aid, parent education and family support, as well as employment specialists.
Intake Procedure: For more information, families can call, text, email, or visit the website. A referral form is available online.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
