This initiative supports families in navigating resources available at local, school, county, and state levels. It aims to identify services that address the urgent needs of the referred family and connect them with appropriate supports. Offered services encompass family advocacy, interpretation services, information and referral, clothing and school supplies, transportation, access to health and food resources, assistance with developmental screenings, diaper support, housing and shelter aid, parent education and family support, as well as employment specialists.
Intake Procedure: For more details, families can call, text, email, or visit the website. A referral form is available online.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
