Fees: Accepts several insurance plans for comprehensive care, including OpenCard/CAWEM Plus, CareOregon Dental, and ODS Dental-Unassigned. Also provides sliding scale fees based on household income and size, with a minimum payment of $40 due at the time of the visit, which will be credited to the bill. Uninsured patients can receive urgent services.
