Who can use this

  • To qualify, individuals must meet the following requirements: -Aged 21 or younger -Eligible for free public education through grade 12 and not yet graduated or obtained a GED -Relocated within the last 36 months due to economic necessity between residences and school districts or to join a parent, guardian, or spouse who is a migratory agricultural worker or fisher -Must have engaged in new qualifying temporary or seasonal work in agriculture or fishing within 60 days of the move -Employment in agricultural or fishing industries must be less than 12 months.
