About this resource
This initiative delivers primary medical services to individuals who do not have access to healthcare. Volunteer healthcare professionals provide routine preventative care and non-emergency medical assistance. For chronic illnesses like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease, they offer treatment along with education and resources for self-management. Eye examinations and glasses are also provided. More advanced services that cannot be administered on-site are referred to a network of specialized physicians in the area.
Intake Procedure: Contact for an appointment or eligibility assessment.
Travel/Location: Located on Clairmont Drive between Beavercreek Road and Douglas Loop, with parking available in green lot 2.
Fees: No charges; glasses are available for $20.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with an income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level for the past three months, without health insurance or access to healthcare, may qualify for services.
