About this resource
This program provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, focusing on reducing the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Located on Clairmont Drive, between Beavercreek Road and Douglas Loop, with parking available in green lot 2.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
