About this resource
This service provides transportation for medical visits, personal errands, and shopping, with a focus on life-sustaining medical appointments. Rides are available within Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. The Ride Together initiative enables riders to select their own volunteer drivers, such as family members, neighbors, or friends, and participants can arrange rides directly with their chosen driver. Mileage reimbursement is available, and volunteers must undergo training. The Vets Driving Vets program connects veterans who volunteer to assist fellow veterans needing transportation for medical appointments or other essential activities.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to obtain an application packet. Enrollment must be approved before rides can be scheduled.
Travel/Location: The service is located at the junction of Kaen and Beavercreek Roads, atop the hill in Oregon City, and is accessible via TriMet Bus Line 33, marked Clackamas Community College/CCC.
Fees: There are no fees, but donations are appreciated.
