This program offers discounted rates for water, sewer, and storm drain services.
Application Process: You can walk in, call, or check the website for additional details. Applications can be completed online, and a renewal application is required annually before July 1st to maintain participation in the program.
Fees: Discounts include $22.35 per month for water with a 3/4" meter and $4.15 per 1,000 gallons, a flat fee of $70 per month for sewer, and a flat fee of $6.56 per month for storm drain services.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be 62 years or older and have an income at or below 60% of Oregon's median income, with the service billed in their name at their primary residence.
