About this resource
The offerings include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, along with treatment for various illnesses and injuries. Additionally, vision and blood pressure screenings, immunizations, mental health services, and age-appropriate reproductive health care are available. Routine lab tests, prescription medication management, and health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion are also part of the services provided.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated in the parking lot of Estacada High School.
Fees: The service accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and certain private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees offered. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
