It focuses on identifying services that address the urgent needs of referred families and finding appropriate support options. Available services encompass family advocacy, interpretation services, information and referral, clothing and school supplies, transportation, access to health and food resources, help with developmental screenings, diaper assistance, housing and shelter support, parent education and family support, as well as employment specialists.
Intake Procedure: For more information, families can call, text, email, or visit the website. A referral form is available online.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
