Offers evaluation and treatment services for individuals dealing with addictions and substance use issues.
Intake Process: Contact to set up an appointment.
Costs: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and certain private insurance plans. A sliding scale is available for those who are uninsured or underinsured, with a minimum fee of $20 required at the time of the medical appointment for uninsured individuals. Care is provided regardless of the ability to pay.
