About this resource
Offers a variety of general dentistry services, such as emergency treatment, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments/supplements, guidance on proper dental care, consultations, and referrals.
Intake Procedure: Contact to obtain information and arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts several insurance plans for comprehensive care, including OpenCard/CAWEM Plus, CareOregon Dental, and ODS Dental-Unassigned. Also provides a sliding scale fee structure based on household income and size, with a minimum payment of $40 required at the time of the visit, which will be credited towards the bill. Uninsured patients can receive urgent care services.
