About this resource
This service delivers essential medical care for children and adolescents, encompassing general physical exams, vaccinations, treatment for both acute and chronic conditions, health education, and support for ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and mild to moderate depression. Additionally, it aids in the application process for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. Same-day appointments are available.
Fees: The service accepts OHP and certain private insurances, with sliding scale fees for uninsured and underinsured patients. A minimum fee of $20 is required at the time of the appointment for uninsured individuals. Care is provided regardless of the ability to pay.
