About this resource
Outpatient Mental Health Services offer a variety of supports such as therapy, mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication oversight, skills training, and consultations. Community-based services can also be provided when necessary.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet Bus 34 from Portland Avenue, located across from Gladstone High School.
Fees: Costs differ by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some may cater to uninsured individuals or provide free or reduced-cost services.
