About this resource
The Nickerson Adolescent Day Treatment Program offers both mental health support and educational services for adolescents.
Intake Procedure: A referral is necessary for participation, which also requires authorization from the school district and a referral from a Coordinated Care Organization or Kaiser Permanente.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet Bus 34 from Portland Avenue, located across from Gladstone High School.
Fees: Costs vary by program, with most LifeWorks Northwest services accepting OHP/Medicaid and Medicare. Some programs may provide assistance to uninsured individuals or offer services at reduced rates.
