About this resource
This program offers outpatient services for youth and their families facing drug and alcohol use disorders, incorporating integrated mental health care. Services are accessible within the community, including at schools. Additionally, there is a bilingual, culturally tailored outpatient program designed for Latino youth and their families.
Intake Procedure: To begin, please call for intake.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet Bus 34 from Portland Avenue, located across from Gladstone High School.
Fees: Costs differ by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest offerings accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some programs provide services to uninsured individuals based on a sliding scale.

- Youth aged 12-18 (or 19 if still enrolled in high school) and their families.
