This facility provides a warm drop-in space during winter, allowing individuals to escape the cold temporarily. It offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and computer access, and serves lunch three times a week.

Fees: There are no fees for using the center; lunch costs $4 for individuals aged 60 and over, and $5 for those aged 59 and younger.
