About this resource
The offerings include immunizations, routine and sports physical examinations, treatment for illnesses and injuries, dental services, vision and blood pressure assessments, standard lab tests, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, management of prescription medications, along with health, fitness, and nutritional education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Contact to obtain information or to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are offered, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies, so it's best to call for details; some SBHCs serve only students and staff, while others cater to all children aged 0-19 in the district or are open to the public.
