About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, striving to mitigate cancer's impact through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connections to medical care.

Fees: No cost involved.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age presenting symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
