About this resource
This service provides a wide range of primary care, addressing both acute and chronic health issues, conducting annual examinations for both children and adults, administering immunizations, performing mental health assessments, and offering evaluations for alcohol and drug use, alongside health education. Reproductive health services encompass STI/STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, and Pap smears. Additionally, assistance is available for applying to Medicaid (OHP) and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange.

Travel/Location: The Providence Milwaukie Healing Place is conveniently located on bus line 75, with a stop at 32nd & Meek, and bus line 33 stops at SE Harrison & 32nd, just two blocks away.
Fees: We accept OHP (Health Share, FamilyCare, and Open Card), Medicare, and most private insurance plans. A sliding scale fee is offered, and for those without insurance, a $25 down payment is required for the initial visit.
