This initiative supports families in navigating resources at the local, school, county, and state levels. It aims to identify services that cater to the urgent needs of referred families and to connect them with appropriate support. Available services encompass family advocacy, interpretation assistance, information and referral services, clothing and school supplies, transportation, access to health and food resources, help with developmental screenings, diaper aid, housing and shelter support, parent education, family assistance, and employment guidance.
To begin the intake process, individuals can call, text, email, or visit the website for further details. A referral form is available online.
There are no fees for these services.
