About this resource
This initiative provides a home visiting service aimed at ensuring healthy birth outcomes, fostering child development, and enhancing parenting abilities. Collaborations with private childcare centers facilitate the delivery of Early Head Start services.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with low income per Federal Poverty guidelines, as well as children in foster care and those experiencing homelessness.
