About this resource
This program offers a discounted rate for water service bills that encompasses the base water rate as well as the base and consumption fees for wastewater and watershed protection. Eligible applicants will benefit from a 50% discount. Note that retroactive financial adjustments are not allowed, and participants must reapply every year.

Who can use this
- - The bill must be under the applicant's name with no outstanding balance - The property should be the applicant's primary residence, and they must not own any other properties - Household income must fall within specified limits: 1 person: $43,450 2 persons: $49,650 3 persons: $55,850 4 persons: $62,050 5 persons: $67,500 6 persons: $72,000 7 persons: $76,950 8 persons: $81,950
