About this resource
This program delivers both transitional and permanent housing, as well as treatment and supportive services for individuals on their recovery journey from addiction. The initiative is guided by peer mentors. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders are accessible at various sites.

Location/Transport: Accessible via Bus Line 33: Stop ID 3727, and Bus Lines 35, 99, 79.
Cost: Fees differ based on the services and housing options chosen, and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is accepted for treatment services.
