About this resource
WIC is a public health initiative aimed at enhancing health outcomes and shaping lifelong nutrition and health habits for women, infants, and children. The program emphasizes nutrition education as its foundation, while also offering breastfeeding support, monthly allowances for nutritious foods, and connections to community resources. WIC operates under Clackamas County Access to Preventive Health (APH).
Intake Procedure: Fill out a referral form or contact us for assistance with the form.
Travel/Location: Situated off Beavercreek Road, within the Public Services Building in the Social Services office.

Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four criteria: -Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) -Be pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and guardians may apply for eligible children. -Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Households receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically deemed income-eligible for WIC. -Demonstrate a nutritional need or risk.

- Proof of ID for parent/guardian and child, proof of address, and proof of OHP/SNAP/TANF or income.
