About this resource
This program provides access to care and case management services that assist with various needs such as SNAP enrollment, participation in 12-step meetings, mental health and substance use evaluations, cognitive therapy, job and housing searches, referrals for parenting classes, GED courses, and hygiene supplies. Additionally, it offers on-site distribution and training for Naloxone usage.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
