About this resource
This program provides access to care and case management services, helping individuals with SNAP enrollment, 12-step meetings, mental health and substance use evaluations, cognitive therapy, job and housing searches, referrals for parenting classes, GED courses, and hygiene supplies. Additionally, it offers on-site Naloxone distribution and training for its use.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the services.
