Travel/Location: Situated next to the Oregon City Transit Center on Main Street between 10th & 11th Streets in Oregon City, accessible via bus lines 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 99, 154, and CAT (Canby Area Transit).

- Open to everyone, though certain programs are designed for specific groups like public assistance recipients, public housing residents, and those involved with the County Corrections Department.
