This service looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical harm, financial exploitation, verbal or emotional mistreatment, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual advances, caregiver abandonment, neglect of basic needs, or self-neglect (which occurs when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive impairments, potentially leading to harm).
Intake Procedure: You can call to report incidents or seek additional information.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Individuals aged 65 and older or those aged 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
