This service provides counseling, support groups, mental health assessments, and educational resources for individuals pursuing a wellness-centered approach to life and end-of-life issues. It includes integrated treatment options such as Naturopathic medicine, Chinese medicine, and acupuncture for mental health challenges, substance abuse, cancer, and offers case management for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Travel/Location: Accessible via Trimet bus 33, situated within the Clackamas County Health Department Campus
Fees: Accepts OHP, most private insurance plans, BCBS/OMIP, and also offers private pay options.
