About this resource
This service provides counseling for individuals, families, and groups in outpatient settings for substance use disorders, with a focus on methadone and suboxone maintenance, as well as DUII education and rehabilitation. It ensures coordination with primary care physicians, social services, and court systems, and delivers monthly progress reports to relevant courts or referral sources. Additionally, it offers various support services such as tuberculosis testing, HIV testing, hepatitis C education, and medication monitoring.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated behind HAPO Community Credit Union, with TriMet bus line 33 stopping at McLoughlin Boulevard and Jennings Avenue.
Fees: The program accepts Oregon Health Plan (Open Card, Health Share) and Trillium, and referrals from Kaiser Permanente. Fees vary based on treatment needs, with a sliding scale available. Itemized statements can be provided for submission to other private insurance companies.
