About this resource
The program offers referral and coordination for adult outpatient services through Intensive Care Coordination, catering to individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. Therapeutic offerings include individual, couples, family, and group therapy aimed at promoting wellness recovery, developing solution-focused strategies, addressing cognitive and dialectical concerns, and treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. State General Fund available for uninsured individuals.
