About this resource
This community clinic provides a variety of family medicine services, encompassing general medical care, women's health, and pediatric services. Additional offerings include immunizations, prescriptions, laboratory tests, dermatology, management of chronic diseases, minor surgical procedures, and emergency treatment.

Travel/Location: The clinic is situated on the Sandy High School campus, near the upper gym entrance.
Fees: Charges depend on the service provided. The clinic accepts OHP, Medicare, private insurance, and has a sliding scale fee structure.
