About this resource
The services provided include regular physical exams, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health services, reproductive health care suitable for different age groups, routine lab testing, management of prescribed medications, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Process: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Location: Situated on the Sandy High School campus near the upper gym entrance.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and no student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
