This program provides a variety of services aimed at older adults and individuals with disabilities, such as assessments, case management, and the administration of SNAP (food stamps), the Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP), other Medicaid initiatives, Medicare Savings Programs, along with information and referrals to coordinated services.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for additional information. Certain programs may necessitate an in-person or telephone interview appointment.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
