About this resource
This program provides various treatment options for substance abuse, encompassing both general and intensive modalities. It includes family and individual therapy, assessments, individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, toxicology testing, DUII services, care coordination, and case management.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus routes 31 King Road, 71 60th/122nd Avenue, and 72 Killingsworth/82nd.
Fees: We accept OHP and private insurance, and offer a sliding scale for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and above, including those involved in the child welfare or criminal justice systems.
Documents you may need
- Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
