About this resource
This service facilitates prompt identification, assistance, evaluation, and treatment for adolescents and young adults facing the early indicators of psychosis. The offerings encompass education on psychosis, medication management, individual and group therapy, multi-family sessions, occupational therapy, family support and education, vocational training, life-skills coaching, and 24/7 crisis intervention, along with connections to community resources.

Fees: We are contracted to assist individuals with Oregon Health Plan/Columbia Pacific CCO, Oregon Medicaid, and Moda insurance. Programs related to DUII and mandated substance use disorders operate on a sliding scale according to income. Certain programs have limited grant funding that does not depend on insurance reimbursement.
Who can use this
- Young people aged 15-25 who have experienced their first episode of psychosis in the past year or show early signs of risk for psychosis, along with their families.
