About this resource

This initiative provides support for electric, gas, and heating fuel through a variety of programs such as the Low Income Heat and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP), Heat Oregon, Gas Assistance Program (GAP), and the Oregon low-income Gas Program (OLGA), along with a Woodlot Program when accessible. Assistance is available on-site for completing the Energy Assistance application.

Location: Situated at the intersection of 9th and Duane Streets, just two blocks south of the transit center.

Costs: No fees are associated.

Who can use this

  • Eligibility is limited to low-income households, including customers of Clatskanie PUD, Pacific Power, NW Natural Gas, West Oregon Electric, and those using propane and heating oil.

Documents you may need

  • -Completed Application -ID for each household member over age 18 -Social Security Card and date of birth for all household members -Proof of income -Current utility bill (name on the bill must match applicant's or another adult in household and application), or receipts for pellets, propane, oil, or wood
