About this resource
This initiative provides multiple types of housing and rental support: -Housing Stabilization Program (HSP): a single-instance rental or deposit aid for families -Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG): one-time assistance for rental costs or deposits -Continuum of Care (CoC): includes 2 transitional apartment units and 4 federal housing programs aimed at unsheltered youth aged 18-24, survivors of domestic violence, and chronically homeless families -Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA): one-time rental or deposit help for families -Elderly Rental Assistance (ERA): one-time rental or deposit aid for individuals aged 58 and older.
Intake Process: Clients can either walk in or call to schedule an appointment. Assistance is provided based on available funds and eligibility criteria.
Location: Situated at the intersection of 9th and Duane Streets, just two blocks south of the transit center.
Fees: Costs vary depending on the service; clients are responsible for a portion of the rent.

Documents you may need
- ID and proof of residency. Depending on the program, proof of income sustainability, eviction notice, and lease agreement may be required. Also need written agreement from landlord to not evict client for 30 days after payment.
