About this resource
This service provides immunizations for children and a selection of adult vaccines, including flu shots as they become available each season, along with relevant vaccine information.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: Services are provided by the Sunset Empire Transportation District.
Fees: We accept OHP and most private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available for uninsured patients. No child will be denied service due to inability to pay.
