About this resource
The program provides emergency shelter and transitional housing options. Participants can access food and clothing, receive help with health insurance applications, and undergo a thorough needs assessment facilitated by a case manager. Additionally, the program offers information and referrals regarding identification replacement, educational opportunities, and job placement services.
Intake Procedure: Entry into the program is based on referrals from partner organizations in the community. Individuals cannot refer themselves. To find a referring agency, please call or visit the website. Note that 211info does not serve as a referring agency.
Fees: There are no fees for emergency shelter, while the long-term reentry program costs $250 per month.
Who can use this
- -Adults aged 18 and older and families with children under 18 who are experiencing homelessness or transitioning from incarceration -Clients must not be under the influence of intoxicants on-site, and individuals with a registered sex offense are ineligible.
