About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations, such as sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and blood pressure screenings, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine lab tests, management of prescription medications, and health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies; contact for details. Some school-based health centers (SBHC) cater exclusively to students and staff, while others serve all children aged 0-19 in the school district or are accessible to the general public.
