Travel/Location: When traveling north on Highway 101, make a right onto Ensign Lane. Proceed past Costco until reaching the stop sign, then turn right onto SE 19th Street. The office is situated at the end of this road. As SE 19th Street bends left, take a right onto SE Chokeberry Avenue. The building is a single-story structure with a tan exterior.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, along with those aged 18 and over with physical disabilities.
