This program serves as a resource hub for older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and their caregivers by offering information and connecting them to various service providers, including government, community, private, and non-profit organizations.

Location Directions: If traveling north on Highway 101, take a right onto Ensign Lane. Continue past Costco to the stop sign, then turn right onto SE 19th Street. The office is located at the end of the road. When SE 19th Street bends left, take a right onto SE Chokeberry Avenue. The building is a single-story structure with a tan exterior.

Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.

  • Individuals aged 60 and above, those with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers.
