About this resource
This service provides guidance on available resources, assistance in utilizing these resources, individual counseling, support groups, and caregiver training. Limited respite care and additional services are also offered.
Intake Process: For more details, please call or check the website. Information about support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Location Directions: If traveling north on Highway 101, take a right onto Ensign Lane. Continue past Costco to the stop sign, then turn right onto SE 19th Street. The office is located at the end of the road. When SE 19th Street bends left, take a right onto SE Chokeberry Avenue. The building is a single-story structure with a tan exterior.
Cost: There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers eligible for services include adult family members caring for individuals aged 60 and older, those caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, and older relatives caring for children under 18.
