About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, such as sports physicals; treatment for various illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health services; reproductive health tailored to different age groups; routine lab tests; management of prescription medications; and educational programs on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies, so it's recommended to call for specific information. Some school-based health centers (SBHC) serve only students and staff, while others cater to all children aged 0-19 in the school district, and some are accessible to the general public.
