Who can use this
- Emergency Bill Payment Assistance: - Must be a CRPUD customer and meet Oregon's energy assistance criteria of at or below 60% of state median income. Special Waiver Program: - Must be a CRPUD customer and meet the same income criteria. Glow Fund Program: - Must be a CRPUD customer, meet the income guidelines, and be at risk of disconnection or currently disconnected due to non-payment.
