Primary care services encompass treatment for both acute and chronic medical conditions, routine preventive check-ups, laboratory testing, vaccinations, sports physicals, child wellness examinations, and mental health evaluations and counseling.
Intake Procedure: Contact to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees may be offered for patients without insurance.
