About this resource
This program provides home visits aimed at fostering healthy birth outcomes, supporting child development, and encouraging positive parenting practices. It includes services such as home visits, socialization opportunities, parenting education, goal setting, and avenues for parents to create support networks.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0–3, particularly those with low incomes as defined by Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines. Additionally, children in foster care, those experiencing homelessness, or families receiving public assistance (TANF, SNAP, or SSI) can qualify without regard to income. Families with higher incomes may also be eligible if they demonstrate specific needs, although those with greater needs are prioritized.
