This program delivers a range of supportive services such as attendant care, personal care, respite care, training for independent living skills, community transportation, and behavioral support services. It connects qualified individuals with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Behavioral Support Specialists, while also facilitating community-building activities and social gatherings.

- Individuals of all ages with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) are eligible, provided they have a referral from I/DD Services.
